What is the process?
1. Contact us. Reach out and let us know you're interested in selling. Click the green button below, email or text us.

2. We review and make an offer - we locate and research your property. One of our helpful team members will be in touch to answer your questions and make you an offer on your property. There is no obligation to accept our offer. You decide whether to move forward. With your permission, we will go see the land.
3. Title Research - Our agreement is submitted to a reputable local title company who will confirm ownership, taxes, and other details for title insurance. We aim to make everything seamless, yet real estate can be tricky, and if there are any snags, we will work thru them with you if possible, as we have hundreds of times.
4. Closing - We will issue the funds and have them ready at the title/escrow company. The title company will prepare the deed for you to sign and record the transfer of ownership with the county. As a neutral third party, the title company will issue funds directly to you upon recording the deed. This makes the process safe for all parties involved.

Land captured my soul as it takes me back to my roots of growing up in a rural community in south Texas. In serving clients, no matter how much I market property, sometimes, selling land can take a long time. I've observed owners sitting on the sidelines, waiting for the right buyer. It occurred to me, I could solve their situations by buying their land, omit their fees, and then take on the risk of holding for the right buyer.
